Terrace-Centred Layout
The Relax cabin places a substantial 20m² (4×5m) open terrace at its centre, with two 11m² enclosed rooms on opposite ends and additional covered veranda areas flanking the structure. This layout transforms the outdoor space into the primary living area—large enough for full dining setups, lounge furniture, and outdoor kitchens—whilst the private rooms serve sleeping, storage, or retreat functions.
Construction & Materials
Built with 44mm Nordic spruce logs and tongue-and-groove precision joinery, the structure delivers year-round durability suitable for exposed or holiday home sites. Three sets of glazed double doors and a double window provide abundant natural light and ventilation throughout. The traditional apex roof extends across all zones, offering effective water runoff and proper ceiling height in the enclosed rooms.
Positioning for Your Market
You can position this model for clients needing multi-function holiday spaces: family camping cabins with separate sleeping quarters, guest accommodation with shared entertaining areas, or glamping sites requiring weather-protected communal zones. The substantial covered outdoor space differentiates this from basic twin-room cabins, justifying premium positioning for buyers prioritising outdoor living.
