We recommend a level concrete slab foundation. Because this building is designed to house vehicles, the base must support significant weight and provide a level surface for the timber walls.

The flat roof design is engineered for structural stability; however, in regions with extreme snowfall, we recommend consulting our technical team regarding additional roof reinforcement or specific load ratings. This model is also available with a classic Apex roof.
