Our solid glued panels are crafted from the highest quality spruce, offering exceptional durability and aesthetic appeal.
Each panel undergoes meticulous hand-planing and sorting to ensure superior quality and consistency. Unlike solid-sawn boards of equivalent width, glued panels are dimensionally more stable because the lamination process counteracts the tendency of wide timber to cup or warp as moisture content changes.
Panels are maintained at 12–15% moisture content, making them suitable for interior environments including heated buildings where lower equilibrium moisture levels are typical. Available in thicknesses from 38 mm to 43 mm, widths from 220 mm to 1,200 mm, and lengths from 3 m to 6 m.
An optional sanded finish is available for applications requiring a surface-ready panel — furniture carcasses, shelving, stair treads, window sills, and visible architectural joinery where further finishing will be applied directly to the panel face.
Non-standard thicknesses, widths, and lengths beyond the standard range are available on request. Contact us with your project specifications for a quote.
